When Should I Start Taking A Prenatal Vitamin?

Thanks for all this information on the essential nutrients for pregnancy. For a long time, I was clueless about this sort of stuff. This is a great selection; I particularly like the idea of the One a Day Couples Pack. Conceiving is not always easy and a multivitamin for both couples gives more chance. As far as probiotics are concerned, I always recommend you consult your doctor when pregnant or breastfeeding. However, I took a probiotic throughout my pregnancy and breastfeeding, so if your doctor approves I highly recommend taking one.
