If you’re reading this, then I’m sure you’ve tried desperately to find sure-fire ways to treat your anxiety and depression naturally or without prescription medication.
I was the same way when I came across the genius joy supplement. I was feeling down-and-out, lethargic, and anxious. And then I would feel guilty for accomplishing nothing during my day due to feeling lethargic and anxious. Sound familiar?
I just couldn’t seem to break the cycle. Then one day my friend recommended that I try taking the self-proclaimed feel-good capsule, called Genius Joy. Initially, I laughed, and thought to myself, really? A feel-good capsule? Haha, what is it like some form of a chill pill?
Despite my skepticism, she pushed the idea, and I’m so glad she did. I ended up doing some research on this “feel-good” supplement and ultimately purchased and tried it. Now, three months later, after taking this supplement daily, this is my personal genius joy supplement review.
Before I get into my experience with taking this supplement, I want to first, break down the specifics.
What Is Genius Joy?
The Genius Joy supplement is the first of its kind in the sense that it’s a cognitive enhancer AKA a nootropic, that is designed to reduce stress using natural ingredients.
Not only does it have mood-boosting benefits, but it’s also designed to improve overall wellness and brain function. According to the Genius company, the Genius Joy capsule is proven to:
- Support healthy brain function
- Increase mental energy
- Heighten reaction time
- Improve memory and focus
- Enhance mood
- Boost creativity and productivity
Unlike most nootropics, Genius Joy is different because of its ingredients. Other nootropics (cognitive enhancers) use mostly synthetic ingredients, while Genius Joy uses natural and even vegetarian ingredients. They utilize the powerful effects of B-vitamins, combined with something called Theanine and 5-HTP.
Of all the ingredients, these three are the most important to understand.
- B-vitamins play a crucial role in maintaining good health and well-being. They directly impact your energy levels and brain function.
- Theanine is a nutrient found in green tea, and it’s known for its calming effects commonly used to treat anxiety, stress, depression, schizophrenia, ADHD, and Alzheimer’s. It also improves mental focus and attention
- 5-HTP is an amino acid that signals your brain to produce serotonin. This is important because those who suffer from depression and anxiety have low levels of serotonin.
Aside from all of these wonderful ingredients, Genius Joy is missing one ingredient that sets itself apart from other nootropics – caffeine.
That’s right, Genius Joy does not have any caffeine. This is a very good thing, because, although caffeine enhances mood, energy, and focus, it does not help with anxiety. In fact, caffeine is detrimental to anxiety, causing nervousness, heart palpitations, and racing thoughts.
You may be thinking, that’s all great, but does it actually work? Well, I am about to answer that.
Does It Actually Work?
In short, yes this supplement absolutely works. Since taking, it, I have noticed a massive change in my overall demeanor and stress levels.
Now, this isn’t to say I’m skipping down the streets paving the way with candy and flowers, but I have noticed a significant change in how I feel, and how I look at things.
Overall, I feel more happy, more positive, and more importantly more productive. Before taking Genius Joy, I was stuck in a rut. No, I was downright depressed and anxious. I had no drive, I never wanted to do anything, even things I used to enjoy doing.
Now I will say, this supplement won’t work for everyone considering there are so many factors that go into diagnosing depression and anxiety. One of those factors being your vitamin B levels.
Did it work for me? Absolutely 100% yes! Will it work for you? There’s only one way to find out, try it!
On the jar, it recommends taking the capsule for 60 days to see the best results. However, I noticed a significant change after about a week of consistently taking, it. Of course, it’s important to remember that everyone is different, and not everyone will react to it the same way.
It’s also important to follow the instructions on the label as closely as possible for best results. It recommends taking your supplements on an empty stomach, so I take mine first thing in the morning and wait about 30 minutes before I consume anything (food or drink – aside from water).
Are There Any Negative Side Effects?
As far as negative side effects go, so far, I haven’t experienced any. I have also done some research and read other reviews and haven’t found any reports of negative side effects from those who have taken this supplement for an extended period of time.
Like any supplement or medication, please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before you take it.
So let’s recap. The Genius Joy supplement is the first feel-good capsule that is made of all-natural ingredients proven to enhance your mood, mental energy, focus, and even boost creativity!
It also raises serotonin levels which, when low, are a key contributor to anxiety and depression.
I have personally taken this supplement for 3 months now, and I can see a significant change in my outlook on life, in my productivity, in my mood, and in my overall demeanor and attitude. With that being said, I can also tell a difference when I don’t take it.
If you’re looking for a natural way to combat those dreadful feelings of anxiety and depression without getting on prescription medication, then I would absolutely suggest trying Genius Joy!
